Payment, Processing and Shipping

Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS processing time before your perfume order ships. You will receive an shipping notification when your parcel is ready. Please note: we are located in Canada but prices are listed in US dollars.


1ml samples are sent via oversize Lettermail and will arrive in 3-7 business days after the shipping date. All other perfume sizes (2ml and up) must be shipped Expedited. Expedited shipping includes tracking and insurance, and arrival is within 1-7 business days, depending on province. A shipping refund will be sent on overages over $1.


Expect your parcel to arrive within 5-12 working days after the shipping date. No tracking or insurance. If you prefer Expedited service, you must purchase a Shipping Upgrade.


Expect your parcel to arrive within 5-15 working days after the shipping date. No tracking or insurance. For U.K. and some E.U. customers: If your order is over $22 US dollars, you may be required to pay a VAT or additional Customs handling fees. I have no control over this, and am not responsible for any Customs fees or taxes required by your government.

International buyers:

* To reduce the risk of parcels being lost or stolen overseas, orders shipping out of North America will be capped at $50 USD, before shipping cost. If your order is over this amount, I will contact you to arrange either a partial refund or arrange for a second delivery.

* As an online seller, I must comply with export laws and cannot label paid international orders as gifts. 

* Please allow up to 5 weeks for delivery outside of Canada before contacting me of non-delivered orders.

* I am not responsible for any delays due to Customs, or any tariffs, VAT's, or any other fees from your government.

* Although I ship Worldwide, there are countries in which I am unable to ship to due to strict Customs regulations or security issues. These include ITALY, IRAQ, AFGHANISTAN, SYRIA, etc. Also, I have stopped shipping to S. America, Indonesia, and several countries in Southeast Asia due to the large number of lost or damaged parcels. My apologies for any disappointment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to hygiene and personal nature of perfume oils, I do not give refunds or exchanges unless it is an error on my part (sent wrong item, etc). Please purchase samples before committing to a full-size bottle.

I am not responsible for lost parcels due to a wrong address.

However, I'm committed to making sure you enjoy your purchase and your shopping experience with me. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me! I generally resolve any issues on a case-by-case basis.

Important Information and Disclaimer

About sensitivities / allergies - My perfumes are created with premium fragrance and essential oils, and I test each finished scent on my own skin. As with any product applied to skin, however, discontinue use if irritation occurs. By purchasing my products, you agree of the possibility that some people may have allergic or other reactions, and I am not liable should such reactions occur.

About pregnancy - All of my scents contain a certain amount of natural essential oils and resins which may NOT be suitable in your condition, therefore I do not recommend purchasing. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact me.

My products may only be used for your personal use and NOT be sold or redistributed for profit without the written consent of Sarawen Art.
